Search the indicated locations in the Midwest to locate all twenty wreck components and get the HuP 1 Hotrod and "Scrap Salvager" trophy. The wreck parts seem as blinking icons on the in-game map if you have explored the spot around them. The ones in unexplored locations will not be marked.
